What to expect
PATIENT EXPERIENCE
When you first walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by our comfortable environment and our friendly office staff. You’ll be invited to sit down and relax as you fill out any new patient forms (if they haven’t been filled out already) prior to your appointment. Once those are complete and our staff is ready for you, we’ll invite you back into one of our operatories.
You’ll receive a cleaning, comprehensive exam, and digital imaging, and Dr. Geoff will sit down with you to discuss the results. If anything needs extra attention, Dr. Geoff will explain his findings and take time to address any questions or concerns you might have, then describe any further treatment recommendations.
WHAT TO BRING
In order to streamline your visit, we ask that you please bring your ID and PPO insurance information if you would like us to submit a claim to your provider.
